My daughter noticed that the temp was down in the house. I came in and checked the things I could, breakers, reset the furnace , check the lights on the furnace and the codes. No codes noted but I saw that thermostat light was not on even though it was needed to have heat on. I called after hours and Jean said she would call someone right away. About 30 min later I got a call that a tech was on his way out. He came troubleshooted it to a bad t Stat after thoroughly checking out the system. Installed a stat and it fired right up. Thanks to all of your great staff!!

John and his partner (I'm embarrassed to not recall his name right now), and Randy. Did a wonderful job, we are very thankful. They came out to the site got us squared away with the unit they felt was the best for the job. John listened to our varied needs, made recommendations and explained them. It took an extra day and problem solving to get the job done and figure out how to get pipes through a 100 yr old 2ft thick greenstone and granite foundation. John and his partner did it, plus, they answered so many questions. I was sure to understand the units' operations and general maintenance needs. Thanks again we at Well Being Development are a HUGE step closer to opening a seriously needed Recovery Residence here north of the north country.

Contacted Mesaba about our furnace and had us scheduled in 2 days. Josh arrived and he put me at ease and explained everything to me. Josh was so knowledgeable and immediately got the part ordered.
