Working with Mesaba Heating & Air Conditioning was a breeze! Not only did the guys who installed the new electric furnace remove the old fuel oil boiler, but they rerouted the water pipes in such a way that they were tucked back into an easily accessible corner of the basement instead of taking up space in the middle of the room. There is so much more room down there now! The water pressure dropped to zero later that evening so the heating unit shut-off tripped causing no heat, but their on-call technician came & was able to reset the system & stayed to make sure it was working before heading out. He was very cognizant that the furnace was our only source of heat & would have provided space heaters if necessary, so that shows how well they consider their customers' comfort. All the technicians were polite, friendly, & informative. Very happy with this company! Thank you!

My daughter noticed that the temp was down in the house. I came in and checked the things I could, breakers, reset the furnace , check the lights on the furnace and the codes. No codes noted but I saw that thermostat light was not on even though it was needed to have heat on. I called after hours and Jean said she would call someone right away. About 30 min later I got a call that a tech was on his way out. He came troubleshooted it to a bad t Stat after thoroughly checking out the system. Installed a stat and it fired right up. Thanks to all of your great staff!!
