As a first time home buyer, I set up an appointment for servicing of our furnace and AC. Josh was hands down phenomenal with the work he does and did an exceptional job of explaining everything! 10/10 recommend!
Josh was our repair person and unfortunately it was the third time in 60 days that we saw him. I should actually say it was fortunate that it was the third time we saw him as he did an excellent job with each service call that he made to our home. We had a central air conditioner check up and then we had a furnace thermostat problem followed by a water heater issue. He took care of all the issues in a very professional and efficient manner. He also provided some additional advice on extra parts/ repairs that we might want to consider. It's very nice to work with someone who truly seems to have the customers interests in mind. His response time was also excellent-it's great to have people who can get out and take care of issues in a timely manner.

These guys are great! They replaced our furnace last year and recommended having our AC checked as it may have been the issue with the furnace working. I was waiting for them to say we needed a new one of those too and they only recommended a couple parts, one was kind of optional to do now.
They always leave things better than they found them and they wear boot covers in the house.
The service technician was helpful in getting my air conditioner working again. He had the parts needed to complete the job.Left the area clean. I highly recommend Mesaba Heating and Air Conditioning.
