Josh came to our home to check on a problem with our air conditioner. He was on time, courteous, very knowledgeable, and very personable. He had the problem figured out in no time at all. He took time to talk and explain the problem and all our options. We will definitely call again with all our air conditioning and heating needs. Rates were very fair. Great experience
The gentleman that came to my house was very respectful covering his shoes before entering. He was polite and professional making sure if I had any questions before he left.
Friendly staff answering phones and helpful with questions. Very fast service. Randy came out helping us decide what size unit was needed. We did not have to wait long for the install. We were very informed on the process and knew what was needed from us. They followed up by making sure we understood how to program our air/heat unit. The installers were friendly, polite and they cleaned up everything when done. We will always use mesabi heating and cooling in the future.

The technician who came to perform routine maintenance on our furnace was excellent! He was knowledgeable and very polite, I believe his name was Joe. Keep up the good work!
The lads were friendly and on time. Had a great sense of humor and were educational when I had questions about the system. They showed me what to do step by step if needed. I would hire them again in the future.
