Had a new Daikin furnace/AC installed this week. Randy was very helpful with assisting us on making decisions on what equipment would best serve our needs. No pressure, just knowledge. Scheduling was easy, installers came on time and did a great job along with clean up. Answered any questions we had and explained the overall operation and technical thermostat. Everyone has been professional and polite from the scheduling, techs to the office staff. They went the extra mile to ensure that we were pleased with everything, helped with paperwork and vowed to provide that same service any time I needed it.
We had contacted 4 HVAC contractors and not one called back..........except Mesaba, Randy got back within 15 min.

I called masaba last Yr 2022, Well Randy went to my property & looked @ my furnace, his expertise was spot on & very efficient! He text me a pic of the prices for a new propane furnace (My old 1 was oil)Then I called him back 8 months later & he remembered me. I asked if the prices in the pic from 8 months ago were the same or were they + - because of inflation. He said he would honor the same prices as the pic! I was super impressed that masaba didn't change their prices "Like other local furnace companies did" this being said I had Masaba install a New propane furnace & A/C unit. This company is very professional & the install was right away. I truly recommend Masaba they are the best in the Community, Thanks Masaba!
