We called them because we had yellow jackets in a venting duct, and needed it replaced. After the bees were taken care of by a pest company, Mesaba came and replaced the venting tube. We also had them clean our air ducts. They arrived promptly, and during the visit, the technician kept me informed the entire day. He was so professional, and explained everything to me, and listened to my questions and concerns kindly. From the moment I called regarding the beehive in the vent, they were very patient and professional. Their customer service and appreciation is a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much for everything you helped our family with.

Josh came to my house to do the annual maintenance on my AC & furnace. He explained everything he was doing in layman's terms. He was not rushed & did a very thorough job. Josh was very friendly & knowledgeable. He has a nice personality & is a great tech! I feel very confident that my AC & furnace are in good running condition with Josh doing the maintenance!! Mesaba Heating is the BEST!
