My AC unit went out on Saturday evening. The hottest day of the year. I called them Monday morning and was at my house making the repairs at 2:00 that day. I won't have any other HVAC company work on anything for me. Keep up the great work BT.
A technician was at my house the day I called for a central air repair. A new motor was ordered and the job completed that week. Very fast, friendly and efficient service. Call Mesaba Heating & AC for excellent service !
I was very impressed. Randy was the only one that came to give us a bid who sat down and answered all our questions. He talked about the energy efficient ways the furnace runs when the house is already warm as opposed to trying to warm up a cold house. He also talk to us about future options for air conditioners that are more efficient if we ever need to replace that.
The service people have been very nice and helpful. I have nothing but praise for them. From the phone calls to service personal at my home. Very nice and respectful. Will enjoy years of service from this company.

Excellent work all around, from the sales person that met with us and helped us choose the right unit for the house to the two people that installed the AC unit. Everyone was on time and professional. I will recommend Mesaba to anyone that needs HVAC work done.

This was a good experience from start to finish. The sales representative was professional and knowledgeable in helping me select the correct furnace. The crew that was sent to deliver and install the furnace were also very professional, working hard all day to get the job done in one day. They left me with a good looking installation and cleaned up after themselves. I am quite pleased.
