Josh came to our home to check on a problem with our air conditioner. He was on time, courteous, very knowledgeable, and very personable. He had the problem figured out in no time at all. He took time to talk and explain the problem and all our options. We will definitely call again with all our air conditioning and heating needs. Rates were very fair. Great experience
