Technician Jordan appeared to be good and thorough with the annual inspection of our propane furnace and our air source heat pump. He detected one fairly minor issue that he addressed. (We paid for it)

They had an available appointment open the next day and came out to check my furnace. I had been cold for a few days and getting colder. My home was recently rebuilt and Mesaba came out to see what happened. Turns out the gas wasn't turned back on! Mesaba also took the time to check my AC. They were quick to respond and checked all that needed checking! Definitely recommend these guys!!!
