The Service Technition for my furnace and Heat Pump inspection was Josh and he was very thorough and I also mentioned I was having trouble with my water heater in my garage and he offered to clean the burner and check it out and he got it working again! Thanks Josh!!
We had to replace our entire mini split system that was about 17 years old, and the results are like night and day, or should I say, HOT and cold! ????
Customer service, sales staff & installation team was very friendly, prompt and knowledgeable of all aspects of the process. Excellent communication via text, phone calls, and in person visits. We are already so pleased with the final results and it's only been 3 days! We have already recommended the company to friend and family for their heating and cooling needs.
Me and my wife had Mesaba Heating & Air Conditioning install a 2.5 ton central air unit and evap coil in our house and we were extremely happy with the service and results. Randy came in and gave us a quote and walked us through what to expect on the install. He gave us multiple brands and options to choose from. Everyone was professional and the installers completed the work in just a few hours and were friendly and I could not have asked for better work. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone and will be going through them for any future work needed.
